Carl Zeiss Planar 50mm f/1.8 is a fast normal prime lens for 35 mm SLR Rollei cameras. The lens was manufactured in a small lot for Rollei SL35 cameras at Carl Zeiss in West Germany. The lens was designed by great Erhard Glatzel. Name: Carl Zeiss Planar 1.8/50. Lens scheme: 7 elements in 6 groups (Planar). Closest focusing distance: 0.45m. Body is in excellent condition. Front and Rear glass are clean from scratches or wear. There is no haze or fungus inside. Aperture blades are clean of oil. The aperture moves nicely at every aperture position.

The aperture-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing ring turns smoothly and precise. I can send more detailed photos - just ask. Front and rear lens caps, seamless flex follow focus gear (Mod 0.8). Otherwise I can't guarantee availability of the item.
